the Delaware Mineralogical Society’s web page.
We are a non-profit organization dedicated to the promotion and education of mineralogy,
paleontology and the lapidary arts. We have
monthly meetings at the historic Greenbank Grist Mill at
Price's Corner, near Wilmington, Delaware.
We have speakers and programs that
promote the goals of the society at each meeting.
DMS is proud to announce our affiliation with the American Federation of Mineralogical
Societies (AFMS).
We conduct several field trips a year to fossil and mineral localities in the
tri-state area and further afield. Many of our DMS members belong to other clubs in
the tri-state area, creating close ties and providing opportunities for some co-sponsored
field trips a year. Please visit

Delaware Mineralogical Society sponsors an annual mineral and gem show on the first
weekend in March open to the general public. Be sure to visit our

Come join us on the second Monday of each month for our
club meetings at the Greenbank
Mill. We also sponsor other events, during the year. We welcome
visitors and guests.
